Free Calendar and Bill Tracking Printables

A couple of days ago, I posted about getting addicted to calendar-making. Addicted, because I started making calendars even with pocket-sized notebooks. I love notebooks, pens and lots and lots of paper. I love them so much, that I have way too many at home and I still have yet to use them. Their purchase dates go as far back as 2007 even.

This is the current pocket notebook that I've been bringing along. It cost me only P40. We don't have any bookstores worth mentioning around here anymore. Even Golden Bell, which was like the ultimate school, home and office supply store that I practically lived in, has been closed for a while now. I bought it at Zamboanga Unisales Incorporated, which sells stuff at really cheap prices, but of course, don't expect them to last long. It's kinda like buying stuff at CD-R King, if you know what I mean.

It's teeny-tiny, as you can tell from looking at the pen next to it. Since I didn't have a 2013 planner, and I don't think I'll ever complete a Starbucks sticker card, so I drew lines and wrote in the dates myself. It's pretty efficient, if I do say so myself.

Anyways, I've been getting piles of stuff to do and this tiny notebook's not gonna fit them all. I can write them down individually on the other pages, but that defeats the purpose of having a calendar if I have to flip through the pages to remember them. Looking at them on a single page is way more productive, AND organized.

Here are screenshots of the pages that I have done. Just click on the images to enlarge.

The Cover, of course. I made it as personalized as I could with my name printed on it.

As you can see, each month has a different background on top and even has inspirational quotes to get your day started.

I also included a Bills Pay Chart so managing bills should be a lot easier. I sometimes forget about the bills to pay, because I enrolled in paperless billing for most of my bills. Why, you ask? Most people I know love receiving paper bills. They say that way they can really see how much they owe. Some even compared receiving bills to having actual books than reading ebooks.

I don't. You're about to lose cash whenever you receive a bill, unlike a book, you earn priceless knowledge whenever you read.

Here's why I don't like paper bills:

1. They're delayed most of the time, and I always end up paying for them with a penalty (applies to credit card, electricity and water bills)

2. I'm an environmentalist. I don't print unless it's for work or really necessary. I don't like creating more trash.

3. I believe that expecting bills attract more bills at one time. (Law of Attraction)

I'd rather receive my bills via email, check the due dates, and pay them on separate occasions. Electronic bills are always on time. Cellphone and Internet bills don't impose rebates or penalties, so I pay them after their due dates and on separate pay periods. That way, my wallet's never empty. I don't have much cash to spare since I work for the government and budget's really tight right now.

Anyway, you can download the calendar from here. Just print the pages as a booklet and choose the paper size as Letter (8.5" x 11").
